This Cancellation and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all services provided by IntelMor Pvt Limited through its platforms, including any web and mobile applications. By accessing or using IntelMor’s services, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.
You acknowledge that:
In the event of such an Authorization Breach, you shall be liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent to the full value of the order or service. You hereby authorize IntelMor Pvt Limited to deduct or collect the amount payable as liquidated damages through such means as IntelMor may determine at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, deducting such amounts from any payments made toward your next order or service.
IntelMor may cancel your order or service request due to several reasons including, but not limited to, technical errors, unavailability of the item(s) ordered, or any reason attributable to IntelMor, a partner restaurant, or service provider. In such cases, IntelMor Pvt Limited will not charge you any cancellation fee. If payment has been made and you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your account as per your respective bank’s policy within 7-10 business days.
Any refund or replacement shall require permission from the respective restaurant or service provider ("Merchant"). IntelMor Pvt Limited shall not provide any refunds or replacements without the approval of the Merchant.
If you encounter issues such as food spillage, foreign objects in food, wrong order delivery, or any quality-related concerns, you are required to share valid proof (e.g., photos) of the issue before any resolution can be provided. IntelMor Pvt Limited reserves the right to investigate and address your complaints based on the evidence provided.
If instructions placed alongside your order are not followed to your exact specification, no refund will be provided. Instructions are fulfilled by the Merchant on a best-efforts basis.
All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment, unless otherwise stated. If refunds are issued in the form of credits, the refund amount will reflect in your account based on the policies of the respective bank or payment gateway.
You may request table reservations at participating restaurants through IntelMor's platform. Bookings will only be confirmed upon acceptance by the restaurant, and you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or other available communication channels.
IntelMor may charge a booking fee ("Booking Fee") which will be deducted from the total bill at the restaurant. Any remaining balance after deducting the Booking Fee shall be payable by you. The Booking Fee will be refunded if you cancel the reservation within the applicable timeframe as stated below.
IntelMor advises arriving at the restaurant 10 minutes before your reservation time. If you are late by more than 10 minutes or fail to show up, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel your booking, and IntelMor may retain the Booking Fee.
In case the restaurant fails to honor a confirmed booking, or if any dispute arises related to the booking, you must report the issue to IntelMor Pvt Limited within 30 minutes of the scheduled booking time. IntelMor will verify the issue with the restaurant and may initiate a refund of the Booking Fee at its sole discretion.
In order to facilitate table reservations or service bookings, IntelMor will collect personal information such as your name, phone number, and email address. By using IntelMor’s services, you agree to the sharing of your information with the relevant restaurant or service provider for the purpose of confirming your booking. IntelMor adheres to its Privacy Policy, and while IntelMor will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, IntelMor is not liable for any misuse by third-party restaurants or service providers.
IntelMor Pvt Limited is only a platform connecting Customers to restaurants and service providers. IntelMor is not liable for any in-person interactions or the quality of the services provided by the restaurants, including but not limited to deficiencies in service, food quality, or the dining experience.
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and specifically the state laws of Andhra Pradesh. In the event of any disputes arising from this Policy, they shall be subject to arbitration in Andhra Pradesh, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will be conducted in English by a single arbitrator appointed by IntelMor, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
